To reactivate a subscription, simply log into your account and click on the tab Manage Box.
Here you can see the details of your last subscription, click Rejoin the Mission and select your delivery start date from the drop-down menu. Click Confirm Reactivation to resume your subscription.
Just so you know, you can swap your box, update exclusions, frequency and delivery details after you reactivate.
*Please note - If you've received an email from us about resetting your password, with details about a special offer on reactivation, the special offer will be applied once you've clicked ‘Reactivate’. You’ll go onto our new pricing plan when you reactivate your old subscription.
