If you've skipped a delivery and want to change it, you will first need to remove the existing one from your account before setting your new dates.
To do this, simply log in to your account and head to the Manage box page.
Your current skip will be displayed clearly on the Manage box page, as shown in the red box.
Click on Edit Skips (see left photo), and a pop-up window will appear (see right photo).
Clicking the Remove Skips button at the bottom of the pop-up page will cancel your current skip and allow you to set a new one. For a step-by-step guide on setting new dates, please refer to our How do I skip a delivery? page.
