If you'd like to skip a box, simply log into your account and click on the tab Manage Box. Here you’ll see all the details of your next delivery.
If you have more than one Oddbox subscription, you'll see them listed here. When you click on the little arrow titled My boxes, a dropdown menu will appear to allow you to select any other recurring subscriptions active in your account. Make sure to select the desired subscription to amend.
*Please note - If you have more than one box, you will need to add skips for each one.
Click on the Box settings button. A pop-up window will appear, click on Skip deliveries and you will then see the options for when you’d like to start your skip and for when you’d like your orders to resume. Don’t forget to click Confirm skips once you have made your selection.
If there's already a delivery skip in place in your account and you want to extend it, click on the Remove skips button, from the Skip deliveries window to remove the current delivery skip and action the skip again to extend it.
Please ensure you do this before your cut-off. If it is past your cut-off, please get in touch with us and we can donate it to one of our charity partners on your behalf.
*Please note that the skips are per calendar week. If you are a fortnightly customer, you'll be able to resume on the alternate week of your fortnightly frequency. You can currently only skip up to 4 consecutive calendar weeks in your account. If you need to skip your box for longer or have any issues, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team
