To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account and head to the tab Account Details. Click on the Cancel subscription tab and then on the red button, which will read “Cancel this subscription” if you are on your smartphone, or show a bin icon if you are on your laptop.
We will send you an email to confirm the subscription cancellation.
Please be aware that we will not be able to cancel and refund any upcoming order that has passed the cut-off time (9:00pm, 3 days before your delivery is due). If you would prefer not to receive the order, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team and we will donate it to one of our charity partners on your behalf.
