To cancel your subscription, log in to your Oddbox account and click the menu icon (small square with three lines in the top right corner). Then click Account Details.
Click on the Cancel subscription tab.
Choose the subscription you wish to cancel by clicking the red Cancel this subscription button.

- Once successfully cancelled, we will send you an email to confirm the subscription cancellation
Please be aware that we will not be able to cancel and refund any upcoming order that has passed the cut-off time (9:00 PM, 3 days before your delivery is due).
If you would prefer not to receive the order, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team, and we will donate it to one of our charity partners on your behalf.
