You can change your delivery frequency by logging into your account and heading to the tab Manage Subscription. Please note - If you have more than one subscription, you'll see them listed here.
Simply click on the subscription(s) you'd like to amend. Then click on the pencil icon next to Frequency under the header Subscription Settings to make a selection from the drop-down menu (weekly or fortnightly).
*If you are a fortnightly customer and would like to change your delivery week, You’ll be able to action this here by choosing the ‘current’ or ‘alternate’ week from the drop-down menu. Don’t forget to click Save.
You'll see a pop-up notification to confirm your change has been saved. If you have more than one subscription and would like to change the frequency of all your Oddbox deliveries, please ensure to follow these steps for each subscription.
*Please note - any changes made after your cut-off will take effect from your next delivery.
