You can change your delivery frequency by logging into your account and heading to the tab Manage Box. Please note - If you have more than one subscription, you'll see them listed here. When you click on the little arrow titled My boxes, a dropdown menu will appear to allow you to select any other recurring subscriptions active in your account.
Simply select the subscription(s) you'd like to amend and click on Box settings, then click on Change Frequency. Under Frequency make a selection from the dropdown menu (weekly or fortnightly).
*If you are a fortnightly customer and would like to change your delivery week, you’ll be able to action this here by choosing the ‘current’ or ‘alternate’ week under Delivery Schedule. Don’t forget to click Save Changes.
You'll see a pop-up notification to confirm your change has been saved. If you have more than one subscription and would like to change the frequency of all your Oddbox deliveries, please ensure to follow these steps for each subscription.
*Please note - any changes made after your cut-off will take effect from your next delivery.
