If you'd like to skip a box, simply log in to your Oddbox account and click on the Manage Box tab. You’ll see all the details of your next delivery on this page.
If you have more than one Oddbox subscription, you'll be able to toggle between them from the Manage box page. You can do so by clicking on the little arrow titled My boxes.
A dropdown menu will appear to allow you to select any other recurring subscriptions active in your account. Make sure to select the desired subscription to amend.
*Please note - If you have more than one box, you will need to add skips for each one individually.
Click on the Box settings button.
A pop-up window will appear, click on Skip deliveries (see left photo), and you will then see the options for when you’d like to start your skip and for when you’d like your orders to resume (see right photo).
After selecting your preferred dates, make sure to click the Confirm skips button to finalise the changes.
If there's already a delivery skip in place in your account and you wish to update it, please refer to our How do I update my skips? page.
Please ensure you do this before your cut-off, which is at 9:00 PM, 3 days prior to your delivery day. If it is past your cut-off, please get in touch with us, and we can donate it to one of our charity partners on your behalf.
*Please note that you can currently skip up to 6 consecutive calendar weeks in your account. If you need to skip your box for longer or have any issues, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team
