You can exclude up to 3 items or entire food groups from your box. Your exclusions will be replaced with a substitute fruit or veg. We hope it’s something you’ll enjoy and perhaps haven’t seen in a while.
If you'd like to exclude an item, simply log in to your account and click on the tab Manage Box. Under the header Next Scheduled Delivery, you’ll be able to amend your exclusions. Click on the pencil icon to add / update or remove your exclusions. Don't forget to click Save.
*If you have more than one subscription. Select the desired subscription you wish to amend.
3 different exclusions can be added for each subscription and this can be updated whenever you’d like.
*Please note - any changes made after your cut-off will take effect from your next delivery.
Your exclusions will remain in place until you decide to make any changes. Some customers find it handy to update their exclusions depending on what’s due in their upcoming box. You’ll be able to see this on our ‘Box Contents’ page on our website.
