You can exclude up to 3 items or entire food groups from your box. Your exclusions will be replaced with a substitute fruit or veg. We hope it’s something you’ll enjoy and perhaps haven’t seen in a while.
If you'd like to exclude an item, simply log in to your account and click on the tab Manage Box.
Click on Box settings (see left photo), and a pop-up window will appear. Click on Set exclusions (see right photo), and you’ll be able to amend your exclusions.
Click the search box (see left photo) to start typing the item you wish to exclude. Alternatively, you can scroll through the dropdown list and make your 3 selections from there (see right photo).
Be sure to click the Save changes button to save your exclusions!
*If you have more than one subscription. Select the desired subscription you wish to amend.
3 different exclusions can be added for each subscription, and this can be updated whenever you’d like.
Your exclusions will remain in place until you decide to make any changes. Some customers find it handy to update their exclusions depending on what’s due in their upcoming box. You’ll be able to see this on our Box Contents page on our website.
Any changes made after your cut-off (9:00 PM, 3 days before your delivery is due) will take effect from your next delivery.
*Please note - If you make any swaps in your box, we'll only take a look at your exclusions if we're making last-minute changes. If you choose to leave your box as it is, we’ll stick to your exclusions list. If you make any swaps, we’ll assume that the fruit and veg you’ve chosen is what you’d like. Even if the items were previously on your exclusions list.
