You can change your delivery frequency by logging into your account and heading to the Manage Box tab.
Please note - If you have more than one Oddbox subscription, you'll be able to toggle between them from the Manage box page. You can do so by clicking on the little arrow titled My boxes (see left photo).
A dropdown menu will appear to allow you to select any other recurring subscriptions active in your account (see right photo). Make sure to select the desired subscription to amend.
Once you’ve chosen the subscription you’d like to change, click on Box settings (see left photo) and then select Change frequency (see right photo).
Under Frequency, make a selection from the dropdown menu (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
*If you are a fortnightly customer and would like to change your delivery week, you’ll be able to action this here by choosing the ‘current’ or ‘alternate’ week under Delivery Schedule.
Don’t forget to click Save Changes! You'll see a pop-up notification to confirm your change has been saved.
If you have more than one subscription and would like to change the frequency of all your Oddbox deliveries, please ensure to follow these steps for each subscription. Changing the frequency for one box will not automatically apply the update to any other boxes on your account.
*Please note - any changes made after your cut-off (9:00 PM, 3 days before your delivery is due) will take effect from your next delivery.
