Perhaps you have a key with us and have either cancelled your subscription or changed address?
If so, you can request to either have your key with us returned or safely destroyed. If you would like your key returned or destroyed please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team.
Please confirm which address you would like your key returned to and we’ll be sure to mail it via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class postage. This normally takes about a week for your key to arrive safe and sound.
