To help keep our emissions low, we deliver to certain postcodes on a set delivery day which we are unable to change.
We deliver our boxes using the most carbon-efficient routes possible, meaning delivery times can change depending on the number of deliveries made in your area each week. Unfortunately, this means we can't guarantee a specific delivery time between the hours of 7pm and 7am in London, South East of England and Midlands, and between the hours of 9:30pm and 8am in the North of England (Postcodes: BB, BD, BL, CH, CW71-CW98, DN, FY, HD, HG, HX, L, LA, LL, LS, M, OL, PR, S, SK, WA, WF, WN, YO)
You will receive a proof of delivery email, with a photo of where the driver has placed your Oddbox.
You may not be able to choose your delivery day, but you are free to skip a delivery or change the frequency of your subscription to suit you.
