Sometimes we may run out of a particular item, or we may encounter delays or quality issues meaning we can't offer exactly what we expected. We'll always replace any fruit or veg that we weren't able to include in your box with another freshly rescued item.
You will also receive a replacement item if you choose to exclude something from your box contents list. However, if you don't think you've received a substitute item in your box, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team.
