Sometimes we may run out of a particular item, or we may encounter delays or quality issues, meaning we can't offer exactly what we expected.
When this happens, we'll always replace any fruit or veg that we weren't able to include in your box with another freshly rescued item.
We completely understand that receiving unexpected substitutions or swaps can be disappointing. We always want you to be kept in the loop about any changes to your box, so you should receive an email letting you know about any last-minute changes we've had to make. If you can't find this notification, please do check your spam or junk folder, just in case it landed there
You will also receive a replacement item if you choose to exclude something from your box contents list.
