We're so sorry you are having trouble finding your Oddbox!
If you live in London, the Southeast of England, or the Midlands, your box will be delivered overnight from 7 PM on your delivery day and will be with you by 7 AM the following morning.
If you live in our Northern delivery area, your box will arrive within a slightly different delivery window, from 9:30 PM on your delivery day, and will be with you by 8 AM the following morning.
Once your box has been dropped off at your preferred safe place, we will always be sure to send out an email confirming the delivery with a photo and any additional notes from your driver.
This may have made its way into your spam/junk folder, as this can sometimes happen. If you've not received this and/or if your delivery is still missing, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team.
We will credit your account with the value of the missing box and work towards making sure deliveries run smoothly going forward.
