If you have severe allergies or dietary requirements then Oddbox may not be suitable for you.
Of the allergens that need to be legally declared, Oddbox handles only Celery and Celeriac on-site, but it's possible that our suppliers handle other allergens. This means that there is a risk of cross-contamination from Celery and Celeriac. If there are other products or food groups that you are allergic to or unable to eat, you can use your 3 exclusions to remove them from your box, but this will not eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination.
You can find out more about excluding items by visiting this FAQ: How do I exclude items I don’t want?
We also offer add ons that are sealed to ensure food safety and avoid cross-contamination which may contain allergens but will always list these at the time of advertising. We may occasionally add free products to your box. If you are concerned about allergens, please check the packaging carefully for all allergens listed.
We are also trialling reusable boxes for some customers to help reduce our carbon footprint. Whilst we will be thoroughly checking the cleanliness of each box, a risk of allergen cross-contamination is still present and should be considered if you have an allergy.
