When you log into your Oddbox account, head to the Manage Box tab.
You'll see the option to swap items under the header Inside this box when viewing your upcoming delivery. This will be visible from 11:00 AM, 3 days prior to your cut-off time for Thursday to Tuesday deliveries, and 6:00 PM, 3 days prior to the cut-off time for Wednesday deliveries.
From here, if you click the Swap button on any item (see left photo), a pop-up window will appear showing you all of our available alternatives. You can then complete the swap by clicking the Select button on the item you'd prefer instead (see right photo).
When you've successfully swapped an item, it will be marked in green as 'swapped', and you'll see a Changes saved note next to the 'Inside this box' header.
You can always amend your swaps - just be sure to finalise any changes before your cut-off time (9:00 PM, 3 days before your delivery is due).
You can choose up to 3 items of the same variety. You can also swap Fruit for Veggies and vice versa.
Once all the swaps have been actioned, your order will be processed and downloaded at the cut-off time.
