To help keep our emissions low, we deliver to certain postcodes on a set delivery day, which we are unable to change.
We deliver our boxes using the most carbon-efficient routes possible, meaning delivery times can change depending on the number of deliveries made in your area each week. Unfortunately this means we can't guarantee a specific delivery time between the hours of 7pm and 7am*.
You will receive a proof of delivery email, with a photo of where the driver has left your box. If you are unsure of a safe place for your box to be left you may find some helpful tips in our other FAQ How do I find a safe space for my order?
You may not be able to choose your delivery day, but you are, however, able to pause your deliveries or change your subscription frequency.
