Due to our grower-led model, the fruit and veg we take often has a mix of sizes and weights but please rest assured: our boxes will always contain a guaranteed number of varieties of fruit and veg based on your box type.
The weight of our boxes may differ slightly week by week and season by season, based on what produce is being rescued (i.e. winter veg or a large item may sometimes cause the box to weigh slightly more some weeks compared to when we have lighter or smaller items e.g. passion fruit and asparagus).
To give you an idea, our box weights should be within the ranges below.
One important thing to note is that the weight ranges below are guidelines for the advertised weekly box content, updated each week here and do not factor in exclusions or substitutes.
If you set exclusions for items, your box weight is likely to not match the target guides (e.g. if you said no thanks to cabbages, the replacement item you get may be lighter than a cabbage)
