Since our delivery routes are linear, it is highly likely that you got delivered your neighbours ODDBOX from a few doors away or down the street.
Since we do not do re - collections / re - deliveries, we would kindly ask you to walk up to your neighbour and make the switch.
We understand however, that not everyone is comfortable with this. If so, please get in touch with us and let us know the name and address on the ODDBOX you've received and we will get in touch with the customer for you and arrange a switch or a credit.
