You can update your delivery instructions by logging into your account, and navigating to My Account > Account info. Here, you can outline your new instructions - up to 225 characters. Make sure you click on the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
If you change your instructions after your delivery cut-off, please contact the Customer Happiness Team here and we will be happy to help ensure your notes are updated and highlighted for your next box.

Some customers find it useful to supply the What3Words code on their account or a photo of their safe space too. To add a photo, just email this in at email@example.com and we'll attach it to your delivery instructions.
