You can exclude up to 3 items from your box each week! Simply go to the 'Preferences' tab in ‘My Account’ and add / delete items from the drop down list. Just be sure to click ‘Save Preferences’ at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Your exclusions can be updated whenever you'd like and as long as the change is made before your cut-off, it will be put into effect for your box due later that week. We’ll keep your list in place until you decide to change it.
When you receive our weekly box contents email you will be able to see which items are to be included in the week's box and from there, opt out of whichever items you don't wish to include. They will either be replaced with an alternative or a little extra of something already in your box.
