To skip boxes we actually have two options:
1. Go into the 'Pause Deliveries' tab of your account and enter the dates you'll be away. Then click 'add holiday'
2. Go into the Manage Deliveries tab of your account and manually 'Skip Delivery' for the weeks you'll be away.
Please ensure you do this before your cut off time, you can view the cut off times here.
If it is past your cut-off and you don't wish to receive your box, please contact us here and we can donate it to one of our charity partners on your behalf.
