Unfortunately we can't guarantee a specific delivery time between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
We deliver our boxes using the most carbon-efficient routes possible, meaning delivery times can change depending on the number of deliveries made in your area each week.
You will receive a proof of delivery email, with a photo of where the driver has left your box. If you're worried about the delivery of your box we can ask the driver to ring your bell or call you before or after a specific time (e.g. before 10 pm) so you are notified and can collect your box from your safe place right away.
If you are in our Northern delivery area your box may arrive within a slightly wider delivery window, from 4:30pm to 7am. If you would like to learn more about why we begin delivering to these areas earlier you read about it here: Why is there a different delivery window for customers in the North?
