Two days before your cut-off, you will receive an email with this week's box contents. In case you miss it, or if you subscribed after we sent it, you can always find the content here (updated every Friday).
Please note that the box contents page is the same for every customer and does not take your individual preferences/exclusions into account. If you have excluded an item that is due in your box, you can rest assured that it will be replaced with alternative item, as long as this was done before your cut-off.
