Because we want to make sure we are eliminating food waste as much as possible, even on our supply end, we process payment for an Oddbox 4 days before your box is due, at 12 pm. This is also known as your cut off time and will depend on what day you get your deliveries. So, for example, if you are a customer that gets their boxes on Wednesday night, we would have processed payment for that box the Saturday before. Please note, you can make any changes to your order before your cut off time. However, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes after that.
You will be charged on your cut-off day and time as follows:
- Wednesday deliveries is on Saturday at 12:00pm (noon)
- Thursday deliveries is on Sunday at 12:00pm (noon)
- Friday deliveries is on Monday at 12:00pm (noon)
- Saturday deliveries is on Tuesday at 12:00pm (noon)
- Sunday deliveries is on Wednesday at 12:00pm (noon)
- Monday deliveries is on Thursday at 12:00pm (noon)
- Tuesday deliveries is on Friday at 12:00pm (noon)
